Out of Town & International Patients
For many years, Dr. Aston’s reputation as a skilled aesthetic plastic surgeon has drawn patients from all over the United States and around the world. Dr. Aston has performed thousands of cosmetic plastic surgery procedures. Dr. Aston’s advanced surgical techniques combined with modern anesthesia techniques and expert pre and post-operative care, make it possible to have a high degree of predictability of the time a patient needs to stay in New York after surgery.
Many patients find it beneficial to send or email questions and photographs of their areas of concern to our office. Our office works with the patients to make all the arrangements necessary for surgery. The patient arrives 1 to 2 days prior to surgery to meet with Dr. Aston. Our office is happy to arrange airport pick up and hotel reservations once surgery has been scheduled. The vast majority of our patients stay at an all-suite boutique hotel directly across the street from the hospital, where Dr. Aston performs his surgery.
In addition, Dr. Aston has a team of highly skilled private duty nurses, who have worked exclusively for his patients for many years. Our nurses provide the absolute best in post-operative care and are in constant contact with Dr. Aston during the recovery phase. Dr. Aston visits the patient in the hotel along with their private duty nurse during the post-operative period.
Many of our out of town patients are in New York intermittently for social or professional reasons. Dr. Aston prefers to have an initial consultation and evaluation in person when it is convenient for the patient.
